Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

The App is intended strictly for authorized employees and personnel to manage point-of-sale operations, inventory, purchasing, and reporting. You agree to use the App solely for its intended legitimate business purposes.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, PIN).
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify your system administrator immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not share your login credentials with any other individual.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose outside of your employment duties.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users' accounts, or related systems.
• Input false, misleading, or fraudulent sales or inventory data into the POS system.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pakiza Software Ltd and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

In no event shall Pakiza Software Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or if your employment/authorization is terminated.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
